New Buildings Available at the NC Rail & Commerce Park

Martin County commissioners approved conveying 9.87 acres at the county-owned NC Rail & Commerce Park in Everetts, NC, to the Ruddell Group in April 2026. The agreement requires building at least 20,000 square feet of speculative industrial space within five years to attract manufacturing.
